Each capsule is made up of two bottles, neck removed with a bottle cutter. One was placed through to the back of the wall, open to the inside. Then the other with the builder designer's "Note to the Universe" and piece of the dedication pine bough was slid in, bottom end facing the room. A small ring of sealant applied to the ring of this last piece seals the capsule for the life of the building.
