Start with a plastic barrel such as this one - a very common configuration. They are commonly used as food grade containers in the food industry, and can be found in dumpsters and back alleys. Because they are food grade, they are not returnable, seldom have a deposit, and can not be refilled, so that makes them easy to come by. If you find the barrel you want, and it's too big, or not the same, you will have to come up with your own strategy for the lid and screen support.
